V & D Drilling & Tapping was founded in October of 2012, by partners Duane Herbstritt and Veronica Hauber, as a Secondary machining and Inspection service provider. Duane and Veronica have extensive backgrounds with 30 plus years experience in many aspects of the powder metal field. V & D Drilling & Tapping offers a wide range of services including, but not limited to: burnishing/rollerizing, drilling, tapping, quality inspections, 100% sort, reaming, tumble shot blast, rust preventative dip and packing. We are ISO certified for third party inspections and services as well.

V & D Drilling & Tapping was built upon the fundamental business strategy to start small, establish a solid industry reputation and then expand accordingly to accomodate the ongoing changes in our customer's needs. We strive to be prompt, courteous, and to exceed our customer's expectations by providing high quality, being cost effective, offering innovative secondary services and inspection solutions.

V & D Drilling & Tapping achieved ISO 9001:2008 Certificate of Registration on June 23, 2014, from NSF-ISR. In early 2016, we expanded our facility as well as the services we offer. V & D Drilling & Tapping transitioned into ISO 9001:2015 and are currently working toward IATF compliance.
